Vintage Children's Sweater Pattern (circa 1960s-1970s?)

This is a vintage children's knit sweater pattern.

No date printed on the pattern book, but I believe this is from around the 1960s-1970s..

I would not recommend any vintage pattern for a beginning level knitter.

A note on all vintage knitting patterns:

SWATCH FIRST. The knitting needle sizes and yarn weights have changed since this pattern was written. It is important to swatch first and take some measurements to insure you get the correct fit/finished product that you want. (I've seen shops with a number of negative reviews regarding vintage knitting patterns and it seems like swatching first could have helped.)
